The most important part of the organization's success is achieving its goals and putting the right person in the right place to achieve them. There are several steps in human resource management that we can follow.

this is the process of a company advertising regarding the job opening so the candidates interested can be applied for the job

2. Selection.
Selection is the process of selecting a suitable pool of candidates after rejecting all the unsuitable candidates from the recruitment process.

3. Hiring
This is the process of selecting the best candidate from the selection process and giving him the details of joining the organization.

4. Training and development
After the hiring process is completed the company's duty is to prepare the selected candidate to handle the future task so the company needs to give him proper training.

so what are the challenges in Human Resource Management?

every organization faces different types of problems regardless of the industry that can identify some of the problems faced by Human resource managers.

Employee wellbeing
With the workload and targets, most of the organization forgets about the employee's well-being. It is very important to be concerned about the employee's well-being. so she can organize team outings and events. It's her responsibility to highlight these issues and get the budget approved.

Laws and Regulation
HR should have a good knowledge of country labor-related laws and regulations; otherwise, the company would have to face fines and legal actions from the authorities.
