Importance of Employee Motivation
Employee motivation can be defined as the employee's interest to do the given task and do the work efficiently.
Every business' should try have a motivated workforce's company who is focusing on motivating their employees will see the benefits of that. (Schooley, 2023)
Types of Motivation
There are two types of motivation one is e extrinsic and other one is intrinsic.
Intrinsic motivation means its comes from employees inside employee feels he needs to full fill the given task.
Extrinsic motivation means its other side of the intrinsic motivation employees motivated for things like money ,promotions, fame and appraisal's.
Motivation is the fuel to keep human engine running said by Zig Zaglar.
How do you motivate employees ?
As a leader there are many ways to motivate your employees. Each and every employee have a different motivational factors.as a leader its your responsibility to find out what are those and motivate your team. (www.indeed.com, 2022)
1. Offer employees rewards
People wont stay in you organization if they are not properly rewarded if you want to attract your employee you have to start incentive programs' such as annual bonus, medical for the staff and family.
2. Develop modern work environment
the work environment should be a pleasure place to work such nice lightings. Comfortable temperature and employees would be happy if the have a place to play, lunch and chill.(Herman, 2023)
3. Share positive feed back.
if an employee has done something better or if he tries to do something better, always encourage him with good words, it will motivate employees to do the impossible.
4. Encourage team work
remove bureaucracy and hierarchy in the organization let the staff members to works as a team it will generate new ideas and keep employees motivated.(Heryati, 2022)
5. Give employee purpose
in sometime when employee is working he is clueless he is not aware of the objectives and goals of the company once the doubts come employees are de motivated and discourage to work. (Dutta, 2023)

6. Include employee in decision making
Listening to employees opinion and participating them in the decision making will increase there intrinsic motivation,(Herman, 2022)
7. Lower Absence level
Motivated employees are happy with their jobs and they know there goals and objectives and they work towards that.
8. Provide transparent and clear communication.
Communicate clearly what company expect from the employees and their roles and what should they do..
9. Offer flexible scheduling
With the modern technology the way we work also change ,especially after Covid 19 people start prefer working from home.in 2021 pepole live in UK amounting 4 million preferred working on flexible schedule.(Square, 2022)
What company gets due to motivated employees (Valeny Jouany, 2023)
1.These employees works towards the target
2.Better problem solvers
3.Company can achieve there targets and goals quickly
4.More innovative and creative ideas.
5.They don't leave the organization
6.Handle better in uncertain conditions
7.Are proactive
8.They are ready to any changes.
9.Good team players
Conclusion
Employ motivation is one of the most important factors in an organization's performance, thus it is the responsibility of management to engage in activities that always encourage workers and avoid activities that demotivate employees.

I would say another point as Paying remuneration on time (especially corona time) should also be one of the main motivations. Anyway overall well written, But try to put the fulstop after the citation closed braket.
