2 . Effective Communication - its one of the important function in the organization the communication is done from top to bottom in a right way it will have huge impact on organization performance.
Communication abilities include the content and expression of social engagement. This includes using acceptable words and phrases, as well as the appropriate tone of voice, facial expressions, body language, and direct eye contact with the audience (Schroth, 2019).
3 . Appreciate your employees - A company should always appreciate employees' hard work to meet up deadlines and goals' simple thank you or a small gift can motivate an employee and it will have good results in companies output.
4 . Reward and inspire - Riggio and Porter (2013) stated as an organization you can set goals to achieve for employees to achieve these employees need to commit to this. an organization should not only pass the goals to employees but rather encourage them to achieve goals. even though it's difficult but achievable then employees will commit to performance management is a two-way process.
5 . Be friendly to employees - It is important to be friendly with your staff. Listen if they have any personal concerns that are not related to their employment, and as an employer, see if you can provide a solution.
6 . Healthy work life balance - Every organization has to concern about employee healthy work life balance and it will have impact on employer employee relationship.
